Can anyone tell me where to find/buy this spell? I've looked everywhere for it and can't seem to find it. Any help is appreciated.

Tolfdir sells it as soon as your Alteration skill is around 60, I think.

College of Winterhold. Speak with Tolfdir. If he doesn't sell it, you need to level your Alteration more.

Plus, sometimes here & there you'll stumble across the spell book.
Kinda like the Summon Dremora Lord - a good catch at earlyish levels.

Ay that level you can buy it from Tolfdir or Wylndriah (whatever her name is) the Court Wizard of Riften.

I thought it was 65? (10 skill levels below the skill required to perk it?)

Other than that, you can buy it from Tolfdir when you hit 40 or so in Alteration

Anyone ever use this spell for something beyond safely springing traps?

Getting keys from harder to reach places, getting coin purses, a diamond from Kagrenzel.

It's 60... I know cuz I just bought it.
