No rain with CoT : V

I have noticed that the rain seems to be missing from my game. Initially it worked great, but it's been a while since the last time i saw rain drops falling from sky. Sounds of thunder and lightning work properly but there is no rain...

I use CoT along with Splash of Rain, RLO. As far as I know there is no conflicts between them.

Do you use ENB? I was having a problem almost like it, and I had to disable [RAIN] in enbseries.ini.

Well, if you are using ENB and use the default (ENB) setting for rain, you hear sound but there is no rain...you probably forgot to copy enbraindrops.tga (saved in folder _sample_enbraindrops) to the Skyrim install folder.
