Enchantment - recover health based on max HP %

Hey all,

For those of you that play the popular MOBA game - League of Legends you may be familiar with what I'm trying to acheive here, if not don't worry, all will be revealed.

I've been modding TES games for about 10 years now - since Morrowind, my first ES game. Although during my time experimenting with Morrowind and Oblivion I never once looked at the Magic Effect/Enchantment section of the CS/CK. I can see it's very simple to put a 'restore 5HP p/second' enchant on a piece of armour but I'm looking for something a little more complicated than that.

I'd like a piece of armour that recovers equal to 1% of your maximum health p/second. For example; if an NPC has 500 health then he will regenerate 5 HP p/second. From what I can see - this isn't possible with a simple enchantment and will require a script.

Has anyone ever done anything like this before? I'd really appreciate getting some help on this :smile:
