Stealth overhaul mod

Hi guys, I'm looking for a stealth overhaul which makes stealing in Oblivion far more difficult. Such features can be found in TIE but unfortunately it is incompatible with FCOM. These particular features I want:


Any suggestions would be highly appreciated :)

I do not know of mods that aim to do the things you mentioned but as a stealth overhaul in general you could try http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1470311-relz-sneaking-detection-recalibrated-12/.

Why do you not just use TIE, maybe alongside another overhaul like Maskar's MOO (if you really need one) for new creatures etc. But shouldn't TIE be self-sufficient by itself?
