Let me guess soneone stole your sweetroll

Hi we've all heard that in Skyrim "Let me guess soneone stole your sweetroll" and I'm sure we all know Bethesda put that in Skyrim to remind us of Fallout where that came from.

Their are many more like that in the game to give us nostalgia for the old games.

How many have you heard and what were they and did they make you all misty eyed and nostalgic.

Thanks

The sweetroll joke actually came about before Fallout 3. In Oblivion, there was a baker in Skingrad who was famous for his sweetrolls, and every guard in the city claims to, at one point or another, have had a thug try to take it from him. He foiled the robbery attempt by taking the sweetroll and...

its not true...

Shadow was making fun of an event here on the forums several months ago, where random people joined the site just to say "Hey, I learnt that Vikings used "Arrow to the knee" to refer to marriage"...

However, we quickly pointed out they were mistaken (some of us even explained why that couldn't be by our knowledge of the Viking Society) and the threads were quickly closed..

I saw a mudcrab the other day.

Ok, not exactly nostalgic, but lolworthy.

Now, the single greatest and most nostalgic quote would be...

"Let me show you the power of Talos Stormcrown, born of the North - where my breath is long winter. I breathe now in royalty, and reshape this land, which is mine. I do this for you, Red Legions, for I love you."

Nothing really, but once you been through it or are still in it, your concept of it changes forever...

I found two dead bandits the other day, did a quick inventory check, and you guessed it, one of them had a sweetroll on him. I'm playing it as -the guards took my complaint seriously, tracked the culprits down, and killed them. Now that is law enforcement in action.
