How would you like to see fallout 4?
What abilities you would want to add what story ?
Story
I see the game to be set In 2316 in nyc. You are a grandchild of lone wanderer who is the elder of the citadel has sent youre father with a squad to investigate a mysteriors signal coming from the vault. When they get where you the vertibirds explode and in few days you are born. Later you fight spies like cia and supermutants who came from the CW. You ay find some presence of enclave but you would never meet their forces. And the last quest is set in empire state building where you may destroy the city or lock the terminal and make an outpost or make E.E.V(energy evolution virus) to infect the waters and people that will also cause super mutants to grow stronger. In the end you meet Arthur maxson and with him using vault radio tower contact west coast brother hood and you will be able to travel( maybe as a dlc or expansion) to CW to play sub main plot.
Abilities
Perks:
Grand sam - able to influence people more and make them to team up with you
mutanthog- when full moon you may become(29%) a supermutant overlord. With each rank procents raises by twenty 3 ranks Sm friendly
Psycho- you are insane. You will see future while asleep and where are 50% this is thrue
Woman/Man symbol - able to go in love with any woman/Man

So what about you

my idea for fallout 4 will be not make a better FO3 but make a different FO.
i was on this boards before FO release and was pro FO3 sequel (after all those years FO being practically dead)

but FO3 was not the game for me, yes it might be a great game for the console kiddis but i didnt liked it.
And its not about the 3D/realtime vs iso/turnbase BS or some new cannon addons, its was about how the game felt for me in general.

may be i am starting to get real tired of those open worlds with nothing to do in them, its like when i was playing oblivion that feeling that if you done one cave you done them all
this was my general feeling about FO3 and while the plot and other thing was acceptable the whole game had a wasteland feeling and i dont mean in FO sense but in a f**** boring kinda sense.

the main thing about FO was the locations and not the random encounters while FO3 felt like one big encounter places with great potential like rivet city corridors or centerbury was disappointing (with 2 and half corridors)
first make locations bigger, more alive in situation like this when its not safe outside ppl come togther into a self sufficient communitys and i didnt see anything that remotely resembled a self suffiecent community.
if we use 3D make it worth while its not about running around and killing annoying critters its about the option to break doors, climb to the second floor and get through the window or the roof and snipe.

add memorable exciting NPCs, make us like them dpened on them, add team dependent missions they are not a walking mules with skilss for example add binoculars that we can survey an area and then direct there some gang
the waste needs to be a waste just add a travel system...

damn i have so many more thing that i already said a hundred times .....
...

its all about epic in FO2 u made things happen and the end reflected that, FO3 ending was a total disappointment. (the radio wasnt bad thou)

Good ideas right there. ^

Better story, more back-story, better animations, more believable area, better NPC's.

i like what everyone has said, but i would like to see more interesting places. In fallout 3, al it was a town, wasteland, odd building or two, rinse, repeat
