I was told by a friend of mine that fallout 4 is halfway done (WOOOOO) but... it was started after fallout 3 goty edition. maybe the process will go faster after TES online? anyways, it sounds like fallout 4 still has a while until its done, but the good part of that is that it will probably be made for next gens and will be VASTLY improved

1. No one but those at Bethesda knows how far along Fallout 4 is so your friend don't know for sure that it's half-way done.

2. Fallout 4 likely entered preproduction as Skyrim started nearing it's release date (just like Skyrim did under Fallout 3)

3. TES Online is developed by a separate studio and not by BGS, so it has nothing to do with Fallout 4's development schedule.
