After I kill the Gourmet, how do I drag his body away? There doesn't seem to be any control to do so. The best I could do was push him back before killing him with Unrelenting Force, but that didn't work for quest purposes.

hold E if u play on PC or A if you play on xbox. i always use Unrelenting force to hide his body in the lake

X if you play on PS3. You just press and hold until "Search the Gourmet" disappears from your screen, and then you can drag him somewhere by walking.

I always wondered about the lake-thing... I've never been able to see him outside.

first time I killed him I didn't know you could move objects in the environment lol I only knew one word to unrelenting force and it took forever to drop him in the lake haha

But yeah, if you kill him in the basemant, move him behind the large mead barrels.

happened with me as well first time i played skyrim also i was bumping on his dead body hoping it will move pretty silly now i think of it

Always surprised me that people didn't know about the move button. I first learned it pretty much around the beginning of Helgen.
