So I have recently acquired the Oblivion Binding perk in the hope that fighting undead would be a breeze. http://uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Bound_Weapon, the OB perk allows for bound weapons to cast Turn Undead on enemies up to Level 99.

However, whenever I used the bound sword with the OB perk against Dawnguard vampires, the damned thing does not use the Turn Undead effect.

Is this is a bug? Or did UESP get it wrong?

As far as I have seen, it only works on raised and summoned enemies. This matches the in game description too so I think UESP has it wrong.
