Stuck floating above ground

Not sure if this issue has been solved in another forum post previously, and I apologize if it has. I started a new character recently, got to Whiterun, and upon leaving Arcadia's shop, I was unable to move. My character would still run (as if running into a wall), but would not go anywhere. Reloaded to before leaving the shop, same problem. Reloaded to a previous save and was fine until I tried to exit to Skyrim again. Now every save that that character is on is unable to move (Problem seems to come up when I load the saves). I am able to turn off clipping and move, but when I turn it back on I am still stuck. I have had Skyrim since the legendary edition came out, and have had no problems beyond standard bug issues. In case it matters, I am running this through steam. Thanks.

I have tried fast traveling and end up with the same issue. As for mod's, I have all of the unofficial and a few extra, but they have been there since I started playing, and have never caused a collision issue. I will post which ones i have: Unofficial Skyrim Patch, Unofficial Dawnguard Patch, Unofficial Dragonborn Patch, Unofficial High Resolution Patch, Fall of the Space Core Vol. 1, Reduced Distance NPC Greetings, Detailed Mine Map Markers, Pure Waters, When Vampires Attack, Stone of Barenziah Quest Markers, Complete Skyforge, Sounds of Skyrim Civilization, Sounds of the Skyrim The Dungeons, Sounds of Skyrim The Wilds, Light Firewood, Playable Flute, Lute, and Drum - Play and Bash, Silversmithing, and Mammoth Hides.

The problem seems to have worked itself out after a restart. I'm keeping an eye on it to make sure it doesn't happen again. Thanks for the replies.
