And when I try to remove the armor I die instantly and i have the same problem with my helmet but with the reinforce of magick and i have: increases your magick -984502385235. And when i remove the helmet i get 0/270 of magick. Please help

Or you didn't fortify the hell out of your Enchatment skill and the negative numbers are a bug, in which case I have no idea how to fix it. Load an earlier save, or you could try using console commands to increase your health to over 952934636284, then unequip the armor and take your health back down.
