Having reached lvl 40 and done DM, HH and currently on LR I find that there's a crazy abundance of chems, aids, foods and crafting bits, so much in fact that my fridge and tool box and med kit is stacked with stuff I'll never be able to use. I have well over 100 stimpaks and can make all the desert salads and Nuka Colas I could possible need in another nuclear winter. Especially the DLC I find provide so much more than you could ever need and LR in particular. There's cases full of crafting goods around every corner and medkits on every wall. I'm not really getting the "scraping for survival in the wasteland" feeling anymore, which is a shame cause that's one of the things that makes FONV so awesome.

I need to find a mod to tune that down, cause it's too easy now when you can just run on auto-inject stimpaks and never worry about getting killed.

Chems are for the weak.

What do I do when I have too much stuff and I wanna roleplay or just make it more difficult.. It often pains me, but just going and putting it in like a random dead body, or dropping it in some location I don't go.

Arwens or Sawyers mod will fix the abundance issue for you.
