I just found the most perfect native american name for a skyrim character I'm going to try It's an Algonquian name meaning shouts. Though this name is probaly best for a character who's doing the main quest focusing on shouts. I haven't finished the list I'm going to keep on looking for skyrim related native american names.

I think native american means from any where from the americas canada is a part of that. south america as well.

I don't think any one race has just one culture in it the races that seem to have a native american feel to them would be the dark elves in the ash mountain and the wood elves of valenwood. But I might use a light skined redguard. Or a dark skined nord. Love your avatar by the way!
