Did not know such a command, but I doubt that it will work well.

in my old server that system function well.. try it a little, is the best way, i think, fo kick who not respect the rules.. only not noob player can vote..

You are good player i played agaisnt you yesterday on the server that the guy is promoting here!!!!!!

A lot of players banned on your server m8, including myself, not sure if you are the one who banned me or some other admin but if you need good players then you're gonna have to unban a lot of banned players ..
