Hello everyone,I really need help with fallout new vegas,I will appreciate any kind of help possible.Here is my problem :

First of all,I want to make it clearly,what I did never mess with console commands,or install a player mod.

Problem number 1(very high) - Everyone which make part of NCR,become hostile to me,and I am 'Accepted by them',and did not kill any of them at the open(detected),just with weapons with supressor and at ''HIDDEN'',or at least killed any of the NCR troops which is essential for any mission,It just don't happen when I am using NCR equipment,which is annoying,because I can't use anything different on my body,just that,If I don't want to start a fight with anyone which is related to NCR.

Problem number 2(high) - A NCR ranger spawn on from the nothing,going after me,when I get out of a clinic,where a women/girl,do some implants for you,and I have a video recording of that(please watch for more details),and the worst part is...That NCR ranger spawn constantly after being killed,I tried to shot his hands,to make him drop the weapon,to the ground and pick it,but he get another weapon.

Problem number 3(small) - Sometimes,when I use iron sights or scope from any weapon,the HUD don't show up,and don't even damage my targets but the bullets of course go away,then I have to equip another weapon and the one what I want to use again,to be able to use the iron sights or scope.

Problem number 4(very small) - I can't use ctrl+esc to go for my dekstopI have to use 'ctrl+alt+del',anyone have a idea?Why that happen?

If someone here need more videos about the glitchs/bugs what I currently need help with,I can record,just ask me,thank you(those bugs/glitchs never happened to my PS3).

Did you piss of the NCR in anyway? Did you get the warning to change your ways?

No,I did not get a warning,and I never started a fight with them,I just killed some normal troops with supressor while being hidden,but never got detected.This happened since a equiped a legion uniform and then NCR unfiform quickly back in pipboy,when I was going to ranger station,charlie,do you have any idea,of how to remove this bug/glitch?

That's why, you were wearing legion armour. The only thing I can think of is to reload a previous save.

I'm pretty sure ironsights disables your HUD. I don't think that's a glitch.

I use alt+tab to switch programs/go to desktop.

No,I was not wearing legion armor,and they attack me,I think what you interpreted it wrongly,I was using ncr uniform and I got attacked anyway,the game glitched,tought what I was from legion even not wearing/using legion uniform,which made NCR a permanently enemy,until I try this out,which is,use legion uniform again an ncr back,to stop the glitch.

They are called consequences for a reason.

Being hidden does not always guarantee that you can kill with impunity. That and wearing Legion Gear will just about turn you into a target for every NCR out there.
