MASSIVE lag

Its just insane how much lag is in this game at times.

Mostly its just a little bit laggy and I can put up with it, other times its good and you can hit everything your following in your sights (how it should be all of the time)

Some times, like the series of rounds I just come back from: if it was moving, you have no chance of hitting it because the data transfers between servers and computer was nowhere near in sync with what your seeing on your screen.

With a Ping of around 70 in each round, I had by far the best latency, some had over 300, why?

I could understand it if the servers are overworked, but no one plays this game. I wonder why

Is that the reason? the fact that I just happen to have a good connection puts me at a disadvantage because the server is syncing for the majority high latency players?

The game might be grouping people from all over the world, it sure did for Crysis 2 and that made the lobbies terribly laggy. The only fix is for the game to have a high, evenly distributed population(with decent interwnetz) and region filtering but that seems very unlikely.

That makes sense, and there was one Aussie dog-tag flagged player who was sniping me round after round lol.

Yeah i hate too high pings, they teleport and fire trought the walls. High ping's are always in advantage vs low pings.

Any point in playing this game now? with the way it currently is, every round has people from all corners of the world.
The lag just renders each round unplayable, its pointless when 2 out of 3 your shooting at have high latency so your bullets don't hit them.

You can see whats going on on kill-cam, they move to the left or right and your bullets are flying 2 meters next to them, don't even get near them, and yet in your sights you have the red dot right on their head or chest all the time empting your mag and not scoring a single hit.

To them it looks like your not reacting to their movements.

Crysis 3 Stats: PC Online- 160, last week at this time of day it was 300 to 400.

This game needs to be on steam for $15

It would be nice to know what servers use a ping limiter (automatically kicking players with too high a ping).
