I met Katria, got the first shard, then she went on her way like normal. I proceeded to get the other three shards but each time I got one she never appeared like she was supposed to. The quest never even activated after reading the Aetherium wars. I went to the ruins of bthalft to place the shards and nothing happens. Reloading an earlier save is not an option. Any ideas?

If you're a Pcer I think you can push through the quest stages with console command but if you be a fellow console player I really don't think there is a solution other then a reload of an earlier save, sorry
