Well what was that about? Was it a canceled dlc? Just a rumor? Another project?
They were probably just protecting the name.
It started because they'd renewed the trademark for Redguard (Having already renewed it before SKyrim had even released) and was more likely part of something they planned or plan to do with the game Redguard.
People just liked to spin stuff out of very little.
We had threads on here with people claiming Witches of Brigmore and Knives of Dunwall were Skyrim DLC.
I hope it's that, and not the setup for TES VI. The scenario of it should be the Summerset Isles. Tropical-mystic-themed, maybe with a hint of sailor-ish theme, and finally the Sloads playing some role in the TES world. It'd be epic
There was some fake post I saw on some site where this member claimed to be a former beth employee wrote about their entire dlc lineup. He mentioned "Redguard" as being the first dlc where you would go to hammerfell and ride dragons and stuff.
This was back in Feb 2012 (I think when they trademarked the name) and a lot of people fell for it and the image of the post got reposted.

Possibly, but I doubt we'll ever know for certain. In cases like this, it's probably best to just move on and forget about what may or may not have been, and be thankful for what we did get.
Oh, that makes sense. Thanks for the answers guys.
