I've always wanted to make a Skyrim mod and have tried on many occasions, but something always got in the way. Now, I'm trying to make a mod that allows you to play as a Falmer, and gives you a choice of being either male or female. The models for it are already in the game so I thought all I would need to do is export and reimport the .fbx files and i would be fine... I thought wrong

I've found lots of pages on the web (namely the Nexus wiki) and they are extraordinarily informational, but are extremly difficult for a Creation kit new player such as myself to understand, so if anyone could help out, get the basic steps that would be great.

(also I have read a lot on how to play as monsters in Skyrim, but this only allows for rudimentary control)
