Hi all. Apologies if this has been covered. Can I do the thieves guild radiant quests before becomming a nightingale? So that when I finish the main story line I will become guild master too. Thanks.

you can, however I hear doing some of the reputation quests before a certain part of the Thieves Guild storyline can bug out, preventing you from being able to become Guildmaster... sadly, I can't remember what point...

although, I personally have never experienced it..

still, even if you do the Radiants, just to be safe I would suggest not actually obtaining the Reputation Quests till after the TG MQ..

Yes. I pretty much finished them all before Goldenglow. I had no problems. From then on out, it was just finishing the questline.

I have always finished the special jobs before finishing the thieves guild quest-line...never had a problem(PS3)

I have never personally had an issue either, but i have heard of people where Brynjolf won't trigger the dialogue to become guildmaster...

Thanks for the quick responses. On my first play through I rushed through the main story to get my nightingale armour. This time round, by trudging through all these side quests, it is starting to feel like I will 'earn my position' as guild master... When I finally get there..
