Does this enchantment work indoors during the night hours like in a dungeon or is it strictly for outside during the night?

It's bugged. The enchantment still doesn't even work I believe.

Even then, it should work only outside.

Really? That svcks. I finally got my enchanting level up and was reading on the character type I'm playing (blood archer) and that enchantment fits perfectly.
