Is there any way to enter quest locked dungeons (e.g. saarthal) without breaking the quests? Im on PC, perhaps certain docile console codes might work? Im on a character that's politically neutral and doesnt want to do the civil war quest, but it seems like there's a civilwarquest-locked dungeon. And i need the word wall.

What if i were to use the teachshout command? I don't suppose anything would get flipped yea? This is probably my last resort though, i prefer going through a dungeon for that. But its probably too complicated.

Try adding that shout through a console command first.
