Dead men's respite.....Over 2 year bug...really?

Ok been checking around and have found this is a known glitch in game over 2 years with the door at the end not operating(puzzle door).I just recently started playing skyrim,1st bought for the pc,wouldn't connect to servers, couldn't get any help(steam). So pc game became an expensive coaster.

Went and bought for ps3,loved it...until this point.Through no fault of mine at level 26 the game has ended due to being stuck in this dungeon with one way out.My last save is at level 5,I am level 26 now.My 3 autosaves are being taken by my daughters character. But doesn't change the fact that a well known bug has effectively broken the game for me.

Sure I can create another character or go back to my last save at level 5.And yeah the trolls will say you should've saved, saved, saved.I saved frequently, just overwriting as I went.

Here is the thing,I know soon they will have their mmorpg rolling out.Why should I have any faith in them to be any more reliable than what I have experienced with my pc version and now my ps3 with a known and long standing bug?

I'm not sure I would be willing to sink 15.00 a month into something that it appears they take the money and run without making sure they have the proper support and technical teams to work out the bugs from their products before giving up and moving on to the next project?

Then you should have saved. Never, ever save like that. Create a new save.

From now on, save before you enter a new cell (usually a loading screen). Do it always. Every 5-10 minutes while traveling, before you enter a loading screen, before you enter a dungeon, before you leave a dungeon, save before a loading screen if you know you're getting a quest, save before a boss battle.

I swear to Talos, so many of these bugs could be fixed just by saving all the time. Disable all auto-saves, that should get you into the habit of saving.
