I'm trying to get back into Morrowind after not playing it for half a year, so I don't remember much.

To cut to the chase, do dungeons re-spawn in Morrowind like in Oblivion and Skyrim? Or is it like Fallout 3 in terms of dungeon re-spawns?

Creatures spawned by leveled lists and untouched chests/crates respawn/reroll. But looted chests won't refill and static or unique creatures/npc will stay dead.
