Hey guys, I'm a huge Fallout fan!

I'm looking for a bigger mod project to join in, or to form a project about the European Commonwealth with someone else. I'm familiar to G.E.C.K. I'm also a professional musician and I have a small recording studio (home-based).

I have no idea on FOSE, Texture editing and so on...
