I'm getting this error when trying to read Dawnguard quest scripts. How to fix it? I already tried verifying CK's files but it didn't fix it.

Yes, the creation kit is not able to fetch the scripts that are in the Dawnguard sub-folder. You must move the script(s) you want to edit into the source folder before launching the ck.
