nothing new here. It's a big game so framerate issues will happen.

Try clearing the cache thingy.

Or you could clear out your journal list and see if that makes the game run better, the less the PS3 has to do the better. Some of those quests need things set up, you get a lot of them it is taking up resources you need.

It doesn't really help.

I typically finish quests that I start unless it's a forced start in the Misc that I have no interest in doing. Right now I have about 4 quests in my log on my most advanced character (though probably like 10-15 misc, which include 3 broken ones) and it still has framerate issues at times.

My advice? Blow on the cartridge.
