Hello everyone!

I am here another time,to ask again,humbly for help me,If someone can please help me,I think what my quest has mistakes/glitch/bug,I can't finish it,if you're able to help me,please take a look on the list below into specified details :

- I am at the part of the quest which says : * Lead Serana to her home.

And then,I go to her castle,by the boat,and the guy guarding the door(watchmen),don't open it or let me in,and the only new dialogue enabled to talk with 'Serana' is :

- This is your home?

I tried to open the giant door,which leads up to the castle,and there's no option to open it,and Selena or the watchmen,don't do anything when I get closer to the giant door,By chance?Did I miss something,I did something wrong or this is a glitch?

Another detail,before I go to the Dawnguard Fort and start the quest,I visited the ''Castle Volkihar/Vampire Castle'' while I exploring skyrim...At that moment,I did not start any DLC quest,maybe because I explored the Castle,before I start the quest,has something to do with what's wrong?

In the future, do not discover Castle Volkihar. It's okay to discover the boat, but not the castle. I think you'll need a plate glitch.

I believe you grab a wooden plate, position it on the door and just run or walk. You apparently clip through it.
