He lists his mods in he credits at the end. I have not used it, but one he listed that may be the source is "Skyblivion." I could be mistaken

It is, it is the only mod there that adds stuff from Cyrodiil to the game and it could not have been oblivion because of the graphics and the clothes seen on the character.
That was probably one of the most awesome things i have ever seen on youtube.
