Okay, has anyone had any of these occur, I am trying to receive the dragon bones and scales without doing the dragon quests in the game, I am relying on the scales for the most part in respawning over near Rorickstead, which have had some opportunities in obtaining the scales: however, this happens also with ore mines, where they will not respawn as quickly, can anyone help with this?

What are you talking about?

It's impossible to get Scales without doing the MQ, unless you do the College (possibly).

Even then, it's only bones.

If your on pc you can use command console otherwise I think just wait it out is all you can do.

i have always seen dragon scales there as a offering but thats the only shrine i remember there are other shrines as well but dont know if they have scales or not there is also one in falkreath region near twilight sepulcher
