having trouble finding Tabitha in crazy, crazy, crazy : Fallout: New Vegas

Well I've killed everyone I can find and it says the second floor is locked and idk where any key is. I've looked around everywhere and don't know what to do. Please help I found some type of passwords in terminals, but that's it. THanks in advance.

Dude there is nobody in the middle building for me like there is a note in the middle building and the other one the door is locked

You need to open the locked door. Use the terminal after reading the note.

If you hack the terminal in the main building, it will tell you where the key is. You do not have to do it after getting Raul - you are really supposed to kill Tabitha first I think.

The key is under the stairs to the 2nd floor. Also, as somebody mentioned, there is somebody in one of the buildings - you use that password to access a terminal to open the prison door
