I'm at the point in the quest where I'm waiting in the Meadery for the taste-testing to happen, but the commander won't speak with the brewmaster after being offered a Huntington Reserve. Is there a cheat code to complete this quest?

I am on a PC and yes, I have completed the civil war; siding with the rebellion.
