» Tue Sep 24, 2013 10:35 pm I've been working on my mod and making some perks more NPC friendly, and I noticed a few of them (e.g. Elemental Potency) don't have anything in them at all: No keywords, no scripts, no entries, nothing. Only a name and some conditions.
Does these perks even work? Am I missing something?
