So I downloaded http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/27917/?tab=4&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D27917%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D850800&pUp=1 to add a cool new texture to my argonian vampire eyes (I also downloaded the khajiit equivalent by the same author) and I downloaded http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/23375/?tab=4&navtag=%2Fajax%2Fcomments%2F%3Fmod_id%3D23375%26page%3D1%26sort%3DDESC%26pid%3D0%26thread_id%3D771607&pUp=1 to add the glowing eyes to the beast races and such. Neither of these mods seems to be working though. I've tried everything from putting them last in my load order to uninstalling them and reinstalling them, but nothing seems to work. I contacted the mod authors, but neither of them have gotten back to me (it's been 2 weeks).

If anyone could give me some advice it'd be greatly appreciated.
