Hi guys , in the character creation page I can't select the Redguard race, for example, because the list always jumps up to the Orc race, and this goes to the other races as well, can you help me please? Thank you guys.

I use the keyboard arrow keys to move around the menus and screens, usually the mouse jumps or doesn't click right.

Mouse UI issues can also be diminished or eliminated by disabling the Gamepad and Rumble. Also, if your mouse seems to move around like a lab rat on meth, then you can tweak or turn off the Mouse Acceleration.

Thank you guys , but even when i use the character creation page arrows when I go from the race I've just selected to the next customization option it just changes the race too to the next top race, so if I select Redguard and I go on customizing it changes to Orc and I get stuck with Orc to the end.

Orcs are hawt!
