You know the white barked trees you see in Riften hold, what species would they be?

Appear to be white birch to me, but I not an arborist,

They look like silver birches to me. White bark, small leaves that are yellow in autumn.

I'd say they are white birches.

Silver birches have more triangle shaped leaves (resembling a bit like arrowhead), while trees in the Rift have more roundish leaves. Additionally silver birches often have long, hanging branches.

Something birch.

Bloody sticks lag my computer up everytime, pfffft! Even after i disabled them falling leaves. Not sure if its because those damn trees have too many small leaves. Or what.
