I have noticed this with two places specifically: Fenn's Gulch Mine at Karthwasten, and Yngol's Barrow. If I tell my follower to leave, I can enter the location normally. If they are present with me, and in this case its Serana, although its not limited to her, the screen will flash black for a second and then go white. I cannot enter my menu's except the main menu (saves, quests, etc). I also cannot load as the option is blacked out, forcing me to quit to main menu if I want to load an older save. I can move around even though I can't see where I'm going, which usually allows me to step my way back out, so I won't have to resort to reloading a previous save.

Has anyone else encountered this and any possible idea what could be causing it in the first place? Again telling the follower to leave (not wait) seems to fix this issue.
