Does anyone know if the mod Elsweyr City Extension is available anywhere for download? I barely managed to find Elsweyr Anequina and Tales from Elsweyr Anequina, but City Extension is available only in Spanish.

I'm using this, and I haven't noticed it being in Spanish:
