This is my second tour of Dragonborn. In the first I rode the dragon but this time after dying once he just looks at me with the white

indicator on his head. Repeated blasts of Bend Will does nothing. Going back to a save in Solstein does no good.

Are you using all three words?

press A (Xbox) while looking at him or E (PC) maybe hes waiting for you to hop on him

If all else fails, reload an earlier save and do some of the questline again. :/
