This bow was created for one of my Dark Elf characters that had an identity crisis. Mage, or archer? Well, both. Now you can play in a similar way. This bow will allow you to cast frost based destruction spells while using the bow (by holding shift and the right mouse key) that will level up your destruction skill like normal.

So if you have an archer character, this bow will grant him the extra ability of using frost-based projectile effects while using his bow normally, uninterrupted, which means extra damage, a slowing effect, and a way to level up your destruction skill on the fly.

And, if you have a mage character, this bow will allow him to take up the art of archery while supplementing his new skill with his mastery over destruction magic.
