It's the first time I post so i'm sorry if it not in the good part of the forum and i'm french therefore sorry for the mistake

That's not a mod probleme because I disable all mod with NMM

My PC in case if : Intel Core i7 -3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz (8 CPUs)

Nvidia Geforce GTX 650 and 8G of RAM

It's normal and unfortunately it hasn't been fixed yet. I've spoken with an expert with animations regarding this issue but it doesn't look like he had the chance to tackle these first person bugs. It's really just the meshes of your armor going through the camera...would have to reconstruct the animations for archery to fix it. However, I'd suggest using a crossbow because you'll never see first person glitches like this.

It's weird because all the other forum where I post nobody say me he had this bug and on google I just find 1 person... We must believe that nobody play bow

And if I reinstall my file "Skyrim" like he has no mods this bug can disappear ??

Everyone has this bug, it's situation-based. It's mostly noticeable when looking directly down with your bow equipped, anyone who denies having this bug is not being 100% honest with you or they simply don't know how to replicate it. Even if you don't have armor equipped, the meshes of your character's shoulder will go through the camera in a similar fashion.
