I had hunted a bit for a mod that does this with no luck and i dont really know how difficult to do this exactly but i just had an idea where say you are playing a evil mage or something and you want to burn down whole cities and really play as an evil mage? and kill all of the inhabitants in that city but get bountys in that hold for destroying said citie and also have more than just the normal people come after you for murdering all of the people in a city just a idea that seeing helgens ruins made me think of while playing a evil sorcerer
