Ihad given the Fatman to my companion to reduce my weight ...i soon forgot about that..while clearing a raider compound. I end up inside this house with Raiders, and to my horror i notice Clover taking the Fatman and pointing it to the raider in front of me (basically she pointed it at my face) ... I tried screaming at my monitor but that did not help.... Ended up getting nuked

I fell off the raider infested bridge somewhere north or northwestish of vault 101, after killing all of the raiders. Literally no threat left to deal with, and then I die.
