Were There Always This Many Bugs & Freezes?

I've played the entire Fallout catalogue on 360 completing every achievement for all of them including both Elder Scrolls series so I'm used to Bethesda bugs and freezing but I've just begun another play through in Vegas. This is my 5th trip out west and I'm currently level 10 with a total of 7 freezes and 2 quest bugs with no dialogue options to complete the quest, Wang Dang Atomic Tango is one. I don't recall it being this bad on my last few playthroughs or maybe the magic has worn off and I'm being to judgemental? Is this common for everyone else?

I clear the cache prior to every gaming session and all the game including all DLC is loaded onto hard drive.

Sometimes it's just different for each person.

I played through the entire game about 4 times, and had about 10 crashes in total and no broken quests.
Make hard saves often, in case you need to revert to one of them.

Little tip regarding freeze/crashes : Turn of autosave, you'll get much less crashes/freezes and save yourself getting corrupt game saves.

Hmm I've never thought about that since I was using that as a failsafe and loading my autosave, I will give that a shot. Thanks for the replys.
