Where can I find 'HONED' nord weapons and the 'Supple' bow?

Im staying at level 9, is it impossible for these weapons to spawn or are there guaranteed places I can find them?

Dropped by Drougr, I'm not sure which level you need to be or if they are levelled.

You might be better off with Nord Hero weapons, you don't need to level up, just complete the Companions and you can make NH weapons at the Skyforge. Same base damaged as Honed Nord but weigh a lot less. The sword for example, Honed Nord weighs 15, base damage 11. Nord Hero sword, weighs only 9 but base damage of 11.

Honed weapons are usually dropped by the tougher draugr. By level 9, you should be seeing them by now. Just keep hunting and get lucky.

Awesome, exactly what Im looking for. Im guessing the companions have the battleaxe, sword, warhammer and axe variety?

Hiw long is the comoanions questline?

After completing the companions questline (2 hours with fast travel) you can craft
Nord Hero Bow
Nord Hero War axe
Nord Hero Battleaxe
Nord Hero Greatsword
Nord Hero Sword

Each weapon requires an Ancient Nord Weapon of the type you want to make.

And you need regular Ancient Nord weapons. Honed won't work.

Nord Hero weapons are the greatest imo, and totally worth it for the less weight.

Like @Shadow_Titan17 said, make sure to grab standard ancient nordic weapons to convert (honed/supple won't work).

And sorry man, but there ain't 'Ancient Nordic Warhammers'.

What's the difference between honed/supple?

Honed is the melee weapons, Supple is the bow. There is also a supple Falmer Bow and honed Falmer melee weapons.

honed is for the bladed nord weapons and supple is for the nord bow
