I did a stupid thing and now I cannot figure out how to fix it. One of my keys stopped working, so I went into control settings to re-configure. But somehow, I must have reassigned the esc key to third person view. So now, in-game, whenever I want to access the esc menu, it goes to 3rd person! I cannot access the settings option to reset the key assignments because I cannot access the main menu. I cannot even quit the game without restarting my PC!

Is there another way of making key assignments that do not require this menu? Please help, thanks.

Go to your Skyrim folder and delete the ControlMap_Custom.txt file there. This will set all your key bindings back to default.
