I'm a user of UFO and the My Home is Your Home mods. In the MHIYH mod they ask this:

"Dismissed followers don't seem to use stairs if their home location is an interior cell. Assign different work/sleep/guard areas for a workaround."

Well, I've been wanting my followers to use stairs and sandbox better when they're not with me for a while now. There it seems to imply that MHIYH allows you to do that. My question is how? How do I get my followers to sandbox better by using things like stairs? How do I give them work, sleep and guard schedules when they're not with me?
