Okay, I am set to show all types of files, including hidden, system 32 files, the lot. But still I don't have a single [censored] file in my textures folder. I know this problem occurs with some pirated games, but mine IS NOT pirated, I bought the ultimate edition on steam. I don't have a clue what the problem is!

That's cause you're in the wrong lot. BSAs aren't found in the texture folder, they're found in parent "data" folder.
