I'm trying to lower the level requirement of certain quests. But I can't seem to find the locations of these values in the creation kit. I've checked inside the quest data. As well as scripts associated with the quests. Can someone point me in the right direction?

If you've checked the quest data tab and it's not there, maybe the condition is in the dialogue.
