I used to use Audacity to export my voice acting mp3s in 64kpbs, 44100 bitrate, constant. They worked.

Now they don't anymore. I'm using the latest version of Audacity (2.0.4) and Lame 98.2

I even tried using an older version of Audacity, but same thing. They play fine in the Construction Set and generate LIPs so I don't know what the problem is. I have Windows 7.
